You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return one or more items, without needing to provide any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and free from signs of use

• Complete with all tags and original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally if the item's value has diminished due to use beyond merely verifying its nature, characteristics, and function.

1. Write to us at info@martellatogioielli.it within 14 days of receiving your order, indicating the order number and the items you wish to return.

2. We will reply with confirmation and shipping instructions.

3. Ship the package within 14 days of the withdrawal notification to the following address:

Items sent without prior notification may experience delays in refund processing.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service and keeping the shipping receipt: the package travels under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse.

Once the return is received and verified, we will send you an email confirmation. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the item, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund includes:

• The price of the returned item

• The cost of the initial shipping, up to the amount of the cheapest standard shipping we offer (any additional costs for express shipping are not refundable)

The actual crediting time to your account may vary depending on the payment method and the banking institution (generally 3 to 10 business days).

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engravings, initials)

• Items that appear used, damaged, or are missing their original packaging

If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@martellatogioielli.it, attaching photos of the product. In these cases, the shipping costs for replacement or return are entirely at our expense.

All our items are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity as required by Italian law (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, the quickest method is to return the item received and, once the refund is processed, place a new order.
